- 광고를 위해 Google AdMob이 기기 식별자 등을 수집합니다. 아래에 표로 밝혀 두었습니다.
1. 수집하지 않는 정보
결은 다음을 수집하지 않습니다.
- 이름, 이메일 주소, 전화번호, 생년월일 등 개인을 식별하는 정보
- 계정·비밀번호 (회원가입 기능 자체가 없습니다)
- 연락처, 사진, 위치(정밀), 건강·재무 정보
- 앱 안에서의 검색 기록 (앱에는 검색 기능이 없습니다)
2. YouTube 및 Google
결은 YouTube API 서비스를 사용합니다. 영상은 YouTube의 공식 임베드 플레이어로 재생되며, 이 과정에서 YouTube가 자체 정책에 따라 재생 관련 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
앱을 사용하시면 YouTube 이용약관에 동의하시는 것입니다. 자세한 내용은 지원 페이지의 이용약관 절을 참고해 주세요.
3. 쿠키 및 유사 기술
결은 자체적으로 쿠키를 만들지 않고, 추적이나 광고를 위한 쿠키를 직접 심지도 않습니다. 다만 아래 두 경우에 제3자인 Google이 이용자의 기기에 쿠키 또는 유사 기술(웹 로컬 저장소, 기기·광고 식별자 등)을 저장하거나, 기기에 이미 저장된 그러한 정보에 접근하여 수집할 수 있습니다.
이 저장·접근·수집은 개발자가 아니라 제3자인 Google이 수행하며, 개발자는 그 내용을 읽거나 넘겨받지 않습니다. 여기에는 개발자의 방침이 아니라 Google의 방침이 적용됩니다.
앱 자체가 이용자의 기기에 저장하는 정보는 성격이 다르므로 5항에 따로 정리했습니다. 이 쿠키·유사 기술은 앱 안의 웹 화면에 저장되므로, 기기에서 결 앱을 삭제하면 앱 데이터와 함께 제거됩니다. 맞춤형 광고를 끄는 방법은 8항을 참고해 주세요.
4. 이용자의 데이터가 처리되는 방식
결은 재생할 영상 목록을 개발자가 미리 만들어 둔 공개 파일에서 내려받습니다. 이 요청에는 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 정보가 담기지 않습니다.
5. 기기에만 저장되는 정보
모두 이용자의 기기 안에만 있으며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
간직한 영상은 저장한 지 30일이 지나면 앱이 자동으로 목록에서 지웁니다. YouTube API 서비스 약관이 정한 보관 기한을 따르는 것이라 임의로 늘릴 수 없습니다.
6. 앱이 요청하는 권한
앱 추적(ATT) — 맞춤형 광고 제공. 거부해도 앱을 그대로 사용할 수 있고, 광고가 맞춤형이 아니게 됩니다.
그 외 카메라·사진·위치·연락처·마이크 등 어떤 권한도 요청하지 않습니다.
7. 광고 및 제3자 정보 수집
결은 Google AdMob을 통해 광고를 표시합니다. Google이 제공하는 자료에 따르면 다음 항목이 수집될 수 있습니다.
8. 맞춤형 광고를 끄는 방법
- 앱 추적 거부: 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적 → '결' 을 끕니다.
- 기기 전체에서 제한: 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → Apple 광고 → '맞춤형 광고' 를 끕니다.
광고를 끄더라도 광고 자체는 계속 표시되며 관련성만 낮아집니다.
9. 아동의 개인정보
결은 아동을 대상으로 하는 앱이 아니며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 아동의 정보가 수집된 것을 알게 되면 즉시 삭제합니다.
10. 보관 및 파기
앱이 기기에 저장하는 정보는 이용자가 앱을 삭제하거나 설정에서 기록을 지우면 즉시 파기됩니다. 청취 기록은 90일이 지난 것부터 앱이 자동으로 정리합니다. 개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 별도로 보관하는 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.
11. 이용자의 권리
앱이 개발자의 서버에 이용자 정보를 저장하지 않으므로, 열람·정정·삭제는 기기 안에서 직접 하실 수 있습니다(설정 → 기록 지우기, 또는 앱 삭제). 광고 관련 정보는 위 8항의 방법으로 제한할 수 있습니다.
12. 방침 변경 고지
이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 최종 수정일을 갱신하고, 중요한 변경은 앱 업데이트 안내에 함께 알립니다.

Privacy Policy
Gyeol (결)

- Gyeol has no sign-up and does not ask for your name, email address, or phone number.
- What you listen to, and for how long, is stored only on your device and is never transmitted anywhere.
- When a video is played or an ad is shown, a third party (Google) may store cookies or similar technologies on your device, or access them there. See section 3.
- Google AdMob collects device identifiers and related data in order to serve ads. This is set out in a table below.
1. Information we do not collect
Gyeol does not collect any of the following.
- Information that identifies you personally, such as your name, email address, phone number, or date of birth
- Accounts or passwords (the app has no sign-up feature at all)
- Contacts, photos, precise location, health or financial information
- Search history within the app (the app has no search feature)
2. YouTube and Google
Gyeol uses YouTube API Services. Videos are played through YouTube's official embedded player, and in the course of playback YouTube may process playback-related information under its own policies.
By using this app you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. For details, please see the Terms of Service section of the support page.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
Gyeol does not create cookies of its own, and does not itself place any cookie for tracking or advertising purposes. However, in the two situations below, Google, as a third party, may store cookies or similar technologies (web local storage, device and advertising identifiers, and the like) on your device, or access and collect such information already stored on it.
This storing, access, and collection is carried out by Google as a third party, not by the developer, and the developer does not read or receive its contents. Google's policies, not the developer's, apply to it.
Information that the app itself stores on your device is different in kind and is set out separately in section 5. Because these cookies and similar technologies live in the app's in-app web view, deleting Gyeol from your device removes them along with the app's data. To turn off personalized advertising, see section 8.
4. How your data is handled
Gyeol downloads the list of videos to play from a public file that the developer prepares in advance. That request contains no information capable of identifying you.
5. Information stored only on your device
All of this stays on your device only and is not transmitted to any server. Deleting the app deletes it as well.
Saved videos are removed from the list automatically once 30 days have passed since they were saved. This follows the retention period set by the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and cannot be extended at our discretion.
6. Permissions the app requests
App Tracking (ATT) — to provide personalized advertising. You may decline and continue to use the app exactly as before; the ads simply stop being personalized.
No other permission is requested — not camera, photos, location, contacts, or microphone.
7. Advertising and third-party collection
Gyeol displays advertising through Google AdMob. According to the materials Google provides, the following may be collected.
8. How to turn off personalized advertising
- Decline app tracking: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → turn off "결".
- Limit it device-wide: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → turn off "Personalized Ads".
Turning these off does not remove advertising; it only makes it less relevant.
9. Children's privacy
Gyeol is not directed at children, and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14. If we learn that a child's information has been collected, we delete it immediately.
10. Retention and destruction
Information the app stores on your device is destroyed as soon as you delete the app or clear your history in Settings. Listening history is pruned automatically by the app once it is more than 90 days old. The developer does not operate any server that separately retains users' personal information.
11. Your rights
Because the app stores no user information on the developer's servers, you can access, correct, and delete it directly on your own device (Settings → Clear history, or delete the app). Advertising-related information can be limited using the methods in section 8 above.
12. Notice of changes
If this policy changes, we will update the last-updated date on this page and announce any significant change in the app's update notes.
